Jenna Dingle Profile

I graduated from Plymouth University in 2018 and achieved a First Class Honours in Sports Rehabilitation with Sports Therapy and am a member of the Sports Therapy Organisation (STO).

Once I completed my degree I set up my own business which has continued to grow over the last 3 years. My client base is highly varied, with people of all ages and backgrounds benefitting from the range of manual therapy treatments I have to offer, including individuals from non-sports backgrounds. I feel extremely fortunate that my job allows me to make a difference to people’s lives, by enabling them to return to doing the things they love, pain free.

Sports Therapy sessions include treating Musculoskeletal injuries, both acute and chronic that have either been obtained through work or sport. Additionally, sessions include treating postural issues, aches and pains that are limiting movement which are causing dysfunction and pain. However, sessions can also be for maintenance. For example, if clients do not suffer with an injury or weakness but just want to prevent issues from taking place.

My Manual Therapy Treatments include: Sports Massage

Myofascial release

Soft tissue release (STR)

Muscle energy techniques (MET’s)

Muscle activation

Joint and spine Mobilisations (Maitland's and Mulligans)

Kinesiology and Athletic taping

I also provide clients with home exercises to facilitate their progress.

Since a young age, I have had a passion for Sport and Exercise. I particularly enjoyed competing in cross country running and County Netball. However, my main sport has always been my horse riding. I compete in all disciplines: Dressage, Show jumping and Cross country.
